PLACING AN ORDER

All orders can be placed through this website or via Instagram. We require a minimum of 2-3 days notice for all orders. Deliveries are only made within 20km from Bass Hill NSW, 2197.

When placing an order, please refer to this page to see if your area is eligible for local delivery. Alternatively, pick up is also available upon request.

DELIVERY DETAILS

When selecting ‘Local Delivery’, we will deliver your blooms straight to your doorstep between 10am-5pm.

If specific delivery time and date is required, please include these details upon checkout or contact us here and we will try out best to accommodate.

DELIVERY FEE

Delivery depends on how far it is from Bass Hill, 2197. Anything that exceeds 10km from 2197 will range from $12.

You will be charged base fee of $5 at checkout and all outstanding fees will be emailed to you by Stripe via a payment link. For delivery quotes please message us on Instagram or email us at fleurlilyblooms@gmail.com.

• Delivery within 15km $15

• Delivery within 20km $20

• Delivery beyond 21km $30

PICK UP DETAILS

All orders can be picked up from Bass Hill, 2197. Collections are strictly appointment only. Select the option pickup at checkout and write the preferred pick up date in the notes and we will get back to you with further details. Please note that pickup days are subject to availability.

SAME DAY PICK-UP/ DELIVERY

Same day pick-up/ delivery are not accepted. However, if you wish to arrange an earlier pick-up/ delivery please contact us prior placing an order and we will try our best to accomodate a suitable time.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE UNATTENDED

The courier will have the authority to leave the goods unattended at the delivery location at your sole risk, unless you request otherwise by emailing us at fleurlilyblooms@gmail.com. In addition, the courier will take a photo of the arrangement as proof of delivery.
